A Magnificent Finale to Remember
SMDC treated everyone with the grandest show everyone’s been talking about at the PyroMusical Competition!
Offering a peek into the promised star life to its residents, SM Development Corporation (SMDC) brought its future homeowners to one of the brightest shows on earth, the 7th Philippine International PyroMusical Competition that ended last March 19 at Seaside Boulevard, SM Mall of Asia, Pasay City.
Guests witnessed award-winning fireworks artists paint the Manila Bay skies bright and colorful at the VIP area, giving them an unobstructed view of the dazzling fireworks shows, from the astounding exhibition by France's Brezac Artifices to the spectacular display from the Philippines’ Platinum Fireworks Inc.
SMDC treats their future homeowners to events like this to let them experience what SMDC can offer, and to let them see up to which extent SMDC is willing to go to make their residents feel like a star. They normally treat them with performances from the country’s leading artists in a Date Night every month, but this time, SMDC did it every week in a grander manner.
Guests were also treated with a sumptuous meal at the SM Music Hall and front-row seats to the stage where the Popstar Royalty, Sarah Geronimo, sang the SMDC theme song “Star Life” accompanied by the 60-piece UST Orchestra with the breathtaking fireworks spectacle. To give them the VIP treatment they deserve, SMDC allocated an exclusive area for them in front of the stage where famous artists like Jinky Vidal, Morissette, Hale, Sarah Lahbati, Brownman Revival, MYMP, and Side A performed in-between pyro shows.
The 7th Philippine International PyroMusical Competition kicked off last February 13 and ran for six Saturdays. UK’s Pyrotex Fireworx Ltd emerged as the Champion while Germany’s Steffes-Ollig Feuerwerke won 1st Runner-up and China’s Polaris Fireworks got 2nd Runner-up.
It has been yet another successful year for SMDC Date Night at the 7th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition and the world could not wait for next year’s spectacle.
