Project Manager

Job Description

Supervises and monitors the performance of the Project Team for his/her assigned Project.
Responsible for the preparation / implementation / completion of various work stages related to the construction of assigned Project.
Responsible for the submission of Weekly, Monthly Reports including periodic Percent of Completion (POC) Certification required for Accounting Reports.
Facilitate the conduct of regular Project Weekly and Monthly Management Meetings including site inspections as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Applicant should be a licensed Civil Engineer.
At least 3 years managerial experience in construction - project management handling high rise condominiums.
