Reaching More Communities

Almost three years into a global pandemic and the bayanihan spirit of Filipinos continues to shine through. Leading real estate developer SM Development Corporation (SMDC) is at the forefront of this movement as it rolls out its health and wellness caravan in more communities where SMDC developments are located.

The Good Guys Health and Wellness Caravan provides comprehensive health check and wellness care for SMDC residents and other communities in need through partnerships with the SM Foundation, Philippine Red Cross, and local government agencies.

“As the country’s partner for community-building, we aim to give our community members and residents free access to healthcare essentials especially during this trying time. We are extremely grateful for the commitment and dedication of our volunteer doctors, nurses, healthcare practitioners and our partners who truly embody what a real good guy is,” shared Jose Mari Banzon, SMDC President.

Anchored on the belief that what makes a happy community are people living in secure and healthy environments, SMDC continues its commitment to give its residents a place where they feel safe and cared for.

“More than just building a physical home where our residents can live, we also want to provide them with access to things they truly care about, and the peace of mind that comes with living in a community that looks after you and your loved ones. Healthcare is very important these days and we want our residents to know that ‘the good guys’ will be with them every step of the way,” said Banzon.
