- Establish and strengthen the brokers networks of SMDC nationwide and worldwide
- Promotes SMDC properties through advertisements and other effective strategies
- Develops and maintains client database
- Train accredited brokers and salespersons and assist them in selling
- Achieves monthly sales goals
- Recruits and accredit sales associate to be part of SMDC
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- Preferably has sales experience
- Tech-savvy
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Good negotiation skills
- Willing to be deployed abroad
