- Must be involved in all real estate organizations
- Monitors the recruitment, accreditation, and sales of the team
- Coaching session per Assistant Sales Director
- Attends to the concern/s of the team
- Develop plan and implement effective international sales methods to meet the sales target.
- Molding the sellers to become a future leader
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Preferably has 5 years real estate sales experience
- Must be able to lead and manage a team of sellers
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Resourceful
- Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
