- Validate RRF – Request Rectification Form (Scoping and Quantity) versus Unit Rectification created online by QAD – Verification of repetitive unit for any work duplication – Validating quantity breakdown – Timely preparation of job orders and issuance to contractors for post contruction rectification works
- Coordination with handyman contractor for job order confirmation)
- Daily updating post-con monitoring in terms of following details (inspection date, JO Details, PO Details, COCA and weekly actual site status
- Assisting and coordination with QAD for PO and COCA issuance includning weekly progress of handyman contractor
- Graduate of BS Engineering, preferably Civil Engineer
- Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience, preferably post-con experience
- Exposure to estimating and cost engineering
- Well versed in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to details with methodical approach to work
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Team player, responsible, righteous and morally upright
