SM Development Corporation (SMDC), the residential arm of SM Prime Holdings, Inc., one of Southeast Asia’s largest integrated property developers, commenced construction on two new landmark developments: Turf Residences in Biñan, Laguna and Zeal Residences in General Trias, Cavite.
