Properties and SMDC’s joint venture signifies the start of building a landmark development in Bicutan’s “Gateway Oasis.” It is right beside two critical infrastructure developments—the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP) and North-South Commuter Railway (NSCR) System. Both are part of the Build Better More program of the Philippine government.
