Bloom Residences Phase 3 Topping-Off Ceremony Celebrates Major Milestone
The topping-off ceremony for Bloom Residences Phase 3 Towers was successfully held on August 8 in Dr. A. Santos, Parañaque, marking a significant milestone in SMDC’s project development. The event was attended by key figures including Honorio Pelayo, Chairman and CEO of Modern Empire Construction Inc.; Erick Reyes, Senior Manager at Asya Design; Engr. Mary Rose Santos, Senior Project Manager at SMDC; Michael Natanauan and Ralph Villamor, MRB Sales Heads at SMDC; Arch. Ma. Adelaida Cobres, Vice President and Project Director at SMDC; Shamcey Supsup-Lee, Vice President at Gridlines MGS Construction and Project Management Inc.; Arch. Glicerio Maranan, Senior Project Manager at Asya Design; Engr. Jacob Zaragoza, Structural Design Consultant at RB Sanchez Consulting Engineers; Arch. Alain Mel Liwag, Project Manager at SMDC; Emmanuel Nave, Assistant Project Director at SMDC; and Engr. Juneph Morado, Operations Head at Rotaflex Construction Development Corp. Their presence highlighted the collective effort and dedication driving the success of this ambitious project.
