- Oversees the operations in assigned property
- Manages and trains a staff of 6-8 persons
- Strictly implements Front Office, Housekeeping and Accounting standards set by the Head Office
- Ensures targets are met for revenue and unit owner sign-ups
- Monitors expenses and ensures adherence to the budget
- Establishes and implements strict controls in linen and toiletries inventory, payment acceptance and remittance, and OR issuance
- Deals and resolves complaints of guests and unit concerns
- Maintains good rapport with unit owners and guests
- Reports directly to the Sr. Manager and reports to the Head Office when needed
- College graduate of any business/hotel course
- At least 5 years of work experience in a hotel, preferably with supervisory skills
- Previous employment in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Amenable to shifting schedules; may have to report on holidays and other declared non-working holidays
- Strong analytical, leadership, planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; proficient in both English and Filipino languages
- Has an understanding of financial statements
- Above average computer skills (MS Office) and knows how to engage in social media
