- Drives and completes the end-to-end process (Initial Project Evaluation – Strategy Formulation – Implementation – Integration) of creating business plans
- Assists in the project development process (Land Acquisition – Project Conceptualization – Project Planning – Project Implementation – Project Delivery/ After Sales)
- Manages the end-to-end cycle and implements strategies across projects
- Coordinates and manages internal and external project communcation
- Graduate of any business-related course from a reputable university
- 4-5 years of project/ business development experience in the Real Estate Industry will be an advantage but is not required
- Audit, Finance or Accounting experience is an advantage
- Good Financial and General Management skills
