Business Data Analyst
Metro Manila
- Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
- Interprets data and analyzes results using statistical techniques; as well as, provides ongoing reports
- Works with management to prioritize business and information needs
- Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or patters in complex data sets
- Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains databases/ data systems
- Supports immediate head in maintaining all the historical data for future reference
- Holds a degree, preferably in Statistics, Applied Math, Economics or any related 4-year course
- MBA and Certificate in Data Analysis will be an advantage, but is not required
- At least 5 years experience in data mining techniques and analysis of large amounts of data
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry will be an advantage, but not required
- Proficient in office applications such as MS Excel, MS Access and is familiar in any programming language (i.e. SQL, R, Python, Spark, etc.)
- Has knowledge in SAP RE and FI modules
- Strong analytical, as well as verbal and written communication skills
