- Monitors the sales and recruitment of the team
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Preferably has 2 years real estate sales experience
- Must be able to lead and manage a team of sellers
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant personality
- Resourceful
- Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
