- Accepts unit enrollment on site and forwards the documents to head office
- Maintains an updated and accurate monthly inventory of keys
- Ensures safekeeping of keys
- Keeps an updated and accurate Masterfile of units enrolled
- Offers enrolled units to prospective tenants
- Posts units in marketing websites online
- Entertains lease inquiries received on site (walk-in), by phone and email
- Conducts unit viewings
- Interviews prospective tenants and gets complete documentation for contract preparation
- Negotiates lease terms between tenant and owner
- Forwards complete information to his superior for contract preparation
- Assists in the contract signing between owner and tenant
- Reminds tenants of contract end-dates and confirms if they will renew or move-out
- Assists in the move in and move out of tenant
- Submits complete signed documents to Head Office for billing and collection of commission due. Presents and includes the deposit slip if commission is paid by the owner.
- Informs owner of commission due to SMDC Leasing and co-broker when applicable
- Coordinates unit concerns when assistance is asked
- Resolves complaints and concerns of unit owners, tenants, PMO and brokers that are brought to her attention. Escalates complaints that are beyond her level to handle
- Regularly attends head office meetings.
- Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone in the Leasing group
- Participates in all company and Leasing group-initiated activities.
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university.
- Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to leasing.
- Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player.
- Can work under pressure.
- Must have a positive work attitude.
- With good oral and written communication skills.
