Operations Supervisor

  • Oversees Prime Key Housekeeping and Front Desk Operations in SEA Residences
  • Manages and trains a staff of 6-8 persons
  • Strictly implements Front Office, Housekeeping and Accounting Standards set by the Head Office
  • Ensures no pilferage on supplies
  • Monitors expenses and ensures adherence to the budget
  • Establishes and implements strict controls in line and toiletries inventory
  • Deals and resolves complaints of guests unit concerns; must maintain good rapport with unit owners and guests
  • Reports directly to the Assistant Manager – Prime Key; reports to the Head Office when needed
  • College graduate of any business/hotel course
  • At least 5 years work experience in a hotel, preferably in a Housekeeping supervisory position
  • Previous employment in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
  • Amenable for shifting schedules; may have to report on holidays and other declared non-working holidays
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with an outgoing personality
  • Organized with good leadership skills
  • Proficient in both English and Filipino
  • Above average computer skills (MS Office)
