- Oversees Prime Key Housekeeping and Front Desk Operations in SEA Residences
- Manages and trains a staff of 6-8 persons
- Strictly implements Front Office, Housekeeping and Accounting Standards set by the Head Office
- Ensures no pilferage on supplies
- Monitors expenses and ensures adherence to the budget
- Establishes and implements strict controls in line and toiletries inventory
- Deals and resolves complaints of guests unit concerns; must maintain good rapport with unit owners and guests
- Reports directly to the Assistant Manager – Prime Key; reports to the Head Office when needed
- College graduate of any business/hotel course
- At least 5 years work experience in a hotel, preferably in a Housekeeping supervisory position
- Previous employment in a 5-star hotel is an advantage
- Amenable for shifting schedules; may have to report on holidays and other declared non-working holidays
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with an outgoing personality
- Organized with good leadership skills
- Proficient in both English and Filipino
- Above average computer skills (MS Office)
