- Reports to Planning, Design and Technical Support Head.
- Analyzes Project Topography, recommends and prepare SDP that gives higher yields of sealable units.
- Prepare efficient SDP design that follows topography of the land and results to lower land development cost.
- Coordinates closely with Land Development Design Consultant/Engr., in the preparation and finalization of SDP to ensure practical and cost efficient designs that are also in synch with Project Development (PD) Dept.’s plans and concepts.
- Coordinates with Survey team to ensure correctness and timely provision of needed survey data.
- Validates on site the actual survey report generally focusing on conditions of adjacent properties, topography, creeks, gullies and other bodies of water in the area, developable area, limitations of properties, etc.
- Coordinates with other Architects and PD on type of housing and developmental features of proposed project.
- Prepare Lot data computation on SDP and validates own data with final lot computation to be finalized by Survey Team.
- Provide copy of Final SDC with lot area validated by Survey Team to Project Development Dept. for their preparation of Sales Map.
- Review Engineering Plans submitted by design Engineer/ Consultant
- Ensure Blueprinting of Plans and coordinate its approval by LGU thru External Affairs Dept.
- In case of SDP Alteration, ensure preparation / modification of SDP and see through its final approval and proper coordination with concerned departments to make sure that all parties involve including buyer are aware of said changes.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License , Architecture or equivalent.
- Above average communication skills, leadership and presentation skills, analytical, Personable.
- At least 3 year working experience in making/preparing a Site Development Plan for Horizontal Subdivision.
- Should be well verse in Auto CAD, 3D MAX, Revit, Sketchup or other graphic aided use in SDP designing and rendering.
