- Helps in ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are completed and issues addressed.
- Participates in Design Development and Construction Development planning stage with the Project Director.
- Assists in developing the project timetable in consultation with other units.
- Helps develop the overall sales strategies in close coordination with Sales
- Contributes in the finalization of the budget financials for approval, including pricing and payment schemes.
- Project Development Manager must be a graduate of Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience with the same function.
