  • Helps in ensuring legal and technical due diligence activities are completed and issues addressed.
  • Participates in Design Development and Construction Development planning stage with the Project Director.
  • Assists in developing the project timetable in consultation with other units.
  • Helps develop the overall sales strategies in close coordination with Sales
  • Contributes in the finalization of the budget financials for approval, including pricing and payment schemes.
  • Project Development Manager must be a graduate of Business Management, Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years experience with the same function.
