Project Manager

- Supervises and monitors the performance of the Project Team for his/her assigned Project.
- Responsible for the preparation / implementation / completion of various work stages related to the construction of assigned Project.
- Responsible for the submission of Weekly, Monthly Reports including periodic Percent of Completion (POC) Certification required for Accounting Reports.
- Facilitate the conduct of regular Project Weekly and Monthly Management Meetings including site inspections as required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Applicant should be a licensed Civil Engineer.
- At least 3 years managerial experience in construction – project management handling high rise condominiums.
