- Coordinates with the contractor to ensure a proper buyer’s inspection
- Monitors the timely completion of unit rectification based on the buyer’s punchlist
- Evaluates validity of defects due for rectification on both unsold and not yet turned-over units, as well as occupied units
- Monitors timely completion of unit rectification
- Prepares and reviews unit punchlists
- Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree and Professional License in Architecture, Engineering (Mechanical or Civil) or any equivalent course
- Has at least 1 year working experience in the related field
- Preferably 1-4 years of experience in Property/Real Estate
