Sy sees the wider district as an important part of the concept. “The MOA Complex already brings together many of the things entrepreneurs and professionals need within one district: offices, convention facilities, hotels, retail, dining, and other services. More importantly, it is still growing through ongoing and planned developments that will continue to strengthen its position as a major business and lifestyle destination.”
A planned Integrated Pasay Monorail System is also intended to improve connectivity between the EDSA-Taft area and the Mall of Asia Complex.
