Guests were guided by SMDC’s top sales and marketing leaders in exploring the brand’s signature design and lifestyle vision.


Grand Launch at Conrad Manila — The Heights Grand Launch brought together SMDC executives, partners, media, and celebrity influencers Kelly Misa, Fabio Ide, Trina Candaza, and Denise Tan for a brand film premiere, value proposition presentation, and live performances — all celebrating Design for Ascent Living.
