The synergy that radiates in our community is unbelievable. I love our community everyone is fun-loving, active, and great friends. I never thought I'd enjoy living here as much as I do right now. Maybe it's the atmosphere here or the activities that we do together. Nonetheless, I am and will always be proud to say that SMDC is my home.

Everyone here is excited and willing to help! Whether it be a weekend market, a blood donation program, a medical caravan, or even the talent academy, SMDC makes sure that we get to learn life skills that are essential in thriving in this world.

I have no difficulty finding tenants. Maya't maya may nagtatanong. I think because mayroon throng mga schools, establishments, and hospitals around. Maraming possible tenants talaga. And if I'm a tenant, I would prefer renting in a condo for security reasons. No question in terms of accessibility. Nandiyan ang SM Malls and MRT station that's soon to be finished. Okay na okay ang space.
